Sam Campbell -
A quite achiever, Sam Campbell is one of the stalwart members of the Tumby Bay and District Lions club.
Sam was one of the original charter members of the Tumby Bay Lions when it was first chartered in 1979. Along with remaining current charter members, Deane Liddicoat and Richard Curtius Sam has been an active member with his involvement in the many Lions projects since the start of the club, including numerous donut stalls, collecting sheep poo, auction sales, tree planting, Christmas Pageants and the Lions Park to mention just a few.
Presented with a long service medal by District Governor Phil Bowmanin 2017 added to the many awards and recognition of service accolades that Sam has gained.
Early morning walkers and swimmers miss seeing Sam;s friendly face at the Lions Park each morning as he cleaned and maintained the barbecues and other equipment in the shelter.
Sam is now taking his time out at the Uringa Lodge.

Jenny Cook, the unofficial, official Tumby Bay Lions photographer has searched the archives for pics of Sam at work with Tumby Lions...We would appreciate if anyone has any other pictures of Sam or of other Lions project or memebrs pics to contact the web designers.
